Chad Culpepper

Principal
This will be Chad’s third year serving as principal at HCS. Chad has his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Evangel University, with a Minor in Biblical Studies. He also has his Master of Science in Educational Administration from the University of Central Missouri. He is a Harrisonville native, and has a heart to see the school make an impact in our community.
Kelly Filer

Assistant Principal/ Public Relations
Kelly has served as a teacher, board member, and volunteer at the school over the years. She holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, as well as a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. This is her third year serving as Assistant Principal.
Cindy Payne

Brian Raynard

HCC Youth Pastor/School Chaplain
Brian is the youth pastor at Harrisonville Community Church and also directs our Community Kids ministry. He has his B.S. in Criminal Justice with a double minor in Psychology and Sociology from Southwest Baptist University. Brian also graduated from Drury University Police Academy in 2006 and worked in law enforcement from 2006-2010. Brian has been in student ministry for almost 9 years and is in his 5th year at HCC. Brian was raised in Harrisonville and has come back to his hometown to make an impact for God’s Kingdom. Pastor Brian will be teaching 6-8 grade Bible this year.
Gail Wood

Kindergarten
This year is Gail’s 20th year in early childhood education. She served as a teacher/director for our Kinder Kastle from 1991 to 2004, and returned to HCS in 2017. Gail will be serving as our kindergarten teacher again this year and is excited to bring her many years of experience into the classroom.
Michelle Goeglein

First & Second Grade
Michelle will be beginning her fifth year at HCS. She taught as the 5th Grade homeroom teacher before she moved to first grade during the 2017-2018 school year. She graduated from Taylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a Kindergarten Endorsement. She has taught in various levels from preschool to 6th grade in both public and Christian schools including home schooling her own children part-time.
Bailey Fidler

First & Second Grade Aide
Bailey Fidler will be the full time aide for the 1st/2nd grade classroom this year. Miss Fidler has her bachelor's degree of Education from Central Methodist University. She is from Pleasant Hill and attends Heart of Life Church. She will be getting married in the fall, and will soon be Mrs. Fraccascia. We believe she will be an excellent addition to the classroom and provide Mrs. Goeglein and the students with the support they need.
Stacy Potter

Third Grade
Stacy came to HCS in 2009 and taught 13 years beforehand at public and Christian schools. She received both her Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education and Masters of Arts in Reading Education from UMKC. She has taught in most grades over the years, including third grade for three years. She is excited to return to the third grade classroom again this year.
Kim Gibson

Fourth Grade
Kim has 28 years of teaching experience in Christian schools. She took a few years off from teaching, but missed being in the classroom. She has her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education & Special Education from Central Missouri State University. This is her third year serving at Harrisonville Christian and is excited to be back in the fourth grade classroom again.
Katie Dyer

Fifth Grade
This will be Katie Dyer's first year serving at HCS as the fifth grade teacher. She retired in 2014 from Midway Schools, but is ready to get back into the classroom full time. Ms. Dyer has her Bachelors of Science in Education with a Major in Social Sciences and a Minor in Math from Southwest Baptist College. We are thrilled to have Katie serve at HCS this year!
Judy Logan

7th/8th Grade Team
Judy brings over 25 years of teaching experience with her to HCS. She has her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with an emphasis in History from Calvary Bible College. She also has a Master of Science in Educational Administration from Calvary. Judy will be teaching History & ELA this year.
Traci Schrock

Physical Education
Traci has served in several volunteer positions through the church and school over the years. She has worked with elementary students through her previous position as the director of Children's Ministry. Traci has also worked with middle/high school students in her church youth groups. She taught physical education at HCS before she started her family & is excited to begin her 2nd year back at HCS in this position.
Ginger Holden

L.E.A.P. Director
Ginger attended Baker University and received her BS in Elementary Education and Psychology with a Minor in Chemistry, Math, and Biology. This is the first year that we will be offering a new service called L.E.A.P. (Learning Enrichment Activities Program). Ginger will be serving as the director for this new program to challenge the needs of our HCS students. We are thrilled for Mrs. Holden to serve in this new capacity.
Janelle Vignery

Student Support Services
Janelle has a dual degree from the University of Nebraska; Elementary Education and Special Education (K-9). She is a Professionally Certified Educational Therapist through the National Institute of Learning Development (NILD). Janelle worked 2 years in a public school elementary SPED resource room & 2 years as a 3rd-5th grade Christian school classroom teacher. Janelle has also worked 10 years as an Educational Therapist at Summit Christian Academy. For the past 5 years she has had an Educational Therapy private practice in Harrisonville.
Laura Holden

School Counselor
Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling from University of Missouri-Kansas City. She taught second grade for two years at HCS, 6th grade Communication Arts for one year at Harrisonville Middle School, and counseled for thirteen years at McEowen Elementary School.
Custodian

Bill Catron
Bill is often behind the scenes at HCS, but is a huge asset to our school! We are very thankful for his servant's heart as he serves in custodial and maintenance services for HCS.
